Refund policy

1. Statutory Right to Cancel 

If you are purchasing as a consumer in Ireland, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving any reason, in accordance with the European Union (Consumer Information, Cancellation and Other Rights) Regulations 2013.

To exercise your right to cancel, you must notify us in writing by email within this 14-day period.


2. Conditions for Returns

All returned goods must meet all of the following conditions:

  • Goods must be unused, uncut, and uninstalled

  • All packs must be fully unopened

  • Goods must be returned in original packaging

  • Goods must be in a condition suitable for full resale

  • Proof of purchase must be provided

We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet these conditions.


3. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Opened or partially opened packs

  • Installed, cut, or altered flooring

  • Clearance, discounted, or end-of-line products

  • Special order or made-to-order products

  • Accessories once packaging has been opened


4. Return Authorisation & Process

All returns must be authorised in advance.

Before returning any goods, you must contact us by email to request return authorisation.
Unauthorised returns will not be accepted or refunded.

Authorised returns must be sent back within 14 days of approval.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, packaging, and transport risk.


5. Inspection & Refund Timeline

All returned goods are subject to inspection upon receipt.

Refunds will only be issued after:

  • Goods have been received by us

  • Goods have passed inspection

  • Where applicable, goods have been approved for return by our supplier

This process may take up to 14 days from receipt of goods.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method only.
Original delivery charges are non-refundable.


6. Supplier-Dependent Returns

Some products are supplied through Irish manufacturers or wholesalers.

Acceptance of returns for these products is subject to the supplier’s return conditions.
If a supplier refuses a return, we are unable to issue a refund.

This does not affect your statutory consumer rights under Irish law.


7. Damaged or Faulty Goods

Goods must be inspected immediately upon delivery.

Any damage or fault must be reported within 48 hours of delivery, including clear photographs and a description of the issue.

Claims reported outside this timeframe may be rejected.

Where a fault is confirmed, we will arrange repair, replacement, or refund in accordance with the Sale of Goods and Supply of Services Act 1980 and applicable Irish consumer law.


8. Over-Ordering, Colour & Suitability

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure:

  • Correct quantities are ordered

  • Products are suitable for the intended application

We strongly recommend ordering samples before placing a full order.

Once packs are opened, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Colour variation

  • Batch variation

  • Suitability issues
